Privacy information

This notice covers the public ShiftReach marketing website. It does not describe the separate ShiftReach customer application, which has its own access controls and data handling.

We collect only what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, organization, work email, optional phone number, industry, approximate team size, optional region, the type of enquiry, your message, and your confirmation that we may contact you about it.

To limit automated abuse, we store a one-way hashed value derived from the network address of the submitting request together with a timestamp. We do not store the raw address, and the hash is not used to identify or profile you.

Submissions are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a walkthrough or scoping conversation where relevant, and keep an internal record of the request. We do not add you to marketing mailing lists based on the contact form, and there is no marketing opt-in enabled by default.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain a reasonable business record, and are removed when they are no longer needed. Abuse-protection records are short-lived and exist only to rate-limit submissions.

Enquiry records are stored in a database that is separate from the ShiftReach customer application. Submissions are accepted only through a validated server endpoint; website visitors cannot read, change or delete stored enquiries. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to your request. We describe our practices honestly and do not claim any external security certification.

We use third-party infrastructure providers at a general level — for example website hosting and managed database hosting — to operate this site. These providers process data on our behalf in order to deliver those services.

This website links to the ShiftReach customer application sign-in page. That application is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
